Welcome to Peter Reeves Villas and Property Management at pr-villas.com web-site. We have a number of villas available for rent and purchase in the Mazarron and Bolnuevo areas. These sites are located on Spain's Costa Calida which means "the warm coast". This is a largely undiscovered area where the Spanish people prefer to holiday.

The Costa Calida is unspoilt and starting to become very popular with EU residents particularly those in the UK, France and Germany. You will certainly enjoy a holiday here and might want to buy a holiday home or retirement villa; either way we can help you realise your dream.

The Costa Calida has more than 300 days of sunshine every year. July and August are the hottest months with temperatures soaring to 36º or the early nineties F. May, June, September and October are months resembling a good English summer. The remaining months are just lovely!

Peter Reeves has spent the past six years providing help and assistance to the many people who have rented villas in this area from Carr Properties. With the wind-down of Carr Properties, Peter has decided to start up his own villa rental, sales and management company. Peter lives in Bolnuevo and knows the area and people. He is always available to help you resolve any queries or problems you may have during your stay.
